Seeland has IWC and Invicta connections: Seeland was founded by Frederic Seeland, the American manager of IWC. In 1902, it became Judith & Co. By 1913, the name was Seeland Watch Co. again. By 1920, Seeland shared the same address as Invicta. In 1955, Invicta-Seeland became The Invicta Corporation.
