How Do I Place An Order

For the smoothest transaction, please place the order via this website. We use Paypal or Sezzle for all orders. For quickest processing and shipping time, you can also wire transfer the funds to us. Contact us for the bank info. Once your order is placed, we will ship your watch to you. If you have any questions regarding how to place an order, please email us at watches@watchagain.biz . If you are in Vancouver, Canada we can also schedule a visit and you may make a purchase in person.

Shipping

We pay for all shipping fees if you live in USA or Canada. We charge a flat fee of $70 for all international shipping orders. We ship all orders within 24 - 72 hours of completed purchase. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and are insured for the purchase value of the watch. We will ship Worldwide via USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS or DHL. All items are carefully packaged to guarantee your watch arrives safely.

Payment Options

When paying with PayPal or Sezzle, we must ship to your confirmed billing address. If Paypal or Sezzle is not an option to you, you may wire transfer the money to us. For Canadian customers, you may also e-transfer the payment. Please contact us for details.

Returns & Refunds

We do our best to sell only the highest quality watches. Many of our pre-owned and vintage watches have been serviced (see description for each watch). All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on merchandise we sell unless the watch arrived to you damaged or the information we listed on our site is inaccurate. Please read the descriptions and view the photos in detail. If you have any questions regarding a specific watch, please contact us prior to making the purchase. All deposits and payments made are non-refundable. If the watch arrived damaged, you are to contact us within 48 hours to discuss and arrange for shipment back to our office. All returns must be pre-approved by our office.

Authenticity Guarantee

Watch Again Watches guarantees that all watches sold through our website are 100% authentic. We will include all documents, boxes and certificates that we have with each watch. If you have written proof that the watch you purchased is not authentic or as described, contact us to arrange a full refund.
